This one-day workshop covers how data analytics can be a cost-effective tool to combat procurement irregularities and control lapses in the various phases of procurement. Participants will learn to identify pricing miscalculations, duplicates and overpayments, missed allowances, fraud and other abuse in the entire process from Requisition to Receiving, Payable and Payments / Disbursements.
Payroll
This one-day workshop covers how data analytics can used to detect and prevent payroll fraud and other irregularities in staff claims and reimbursements such as travel and entertainment. Participants will learn to analyse data within key controls risk areas, such that control breaches can be effectively addressed with minimal effort in a timely fashion.
